  • The remaining balance is due before pickup (or at pickup, if you prefer).

Customer Cancellations (by the renter)

  • 7+ days before the rental start time:
    n Deposit is forfeited, but any additional payments are refunded.

  • 3–6 days before:
    n50% of the total rental price is forfeited (including deposit). Any overpayment will be refunded.

  • Less than 48 hours before (or no-show):
    n100% of the total rental price is forfeited (no refunds).

  • Returning the Snowdog early does not qualify for a refund.

Weather & Trail Conditions

  • Rentals operate rain/snow/ice unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the rental

Mechanical Issues

  • If the Snowdog becomes inoperable due to normal use, we will attempt to provide:
    n(a) a replacement (if available), or
    n(b) a prorated refund for unused rental time.
    • n
  • No refunds for issues caused by misuse, impact, improper towing, or violation of operating rules.
