In order to ensure that all ticketed guests enjoy their winery experience, tours begin promptly at their scheduled start time. Guests will not be admitted 10 minutes past the start time of the tour. We encourage all tour guests to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled tour start time to ensure ample time for check-in.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your tour. Tour & Tastings start on time and will not wait for late individuals.
In the event you need to cancel or rebook your tour, you may do so up to 48 hours before the designated booking start time. After the 48-hour window, you may rebook up until the tour has started. Tours must be rebooked within 60 days of the original date. We do not offer refunds for tours cancelled within 48 hours or reschedule within 3 hours of the designated start time.
All bookings are subject to cancellation with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation.
You may transfer your booking to another party at any time. Please provide your confirmation number, the name and email address of the party to whom you are transferring your booking.
