What to Expect
Join us for our next cocktail and oyster-tasting event on the rooftop at The Yacht Club. The tasting includes a half-dozen local oysters from West Robins prepared in three different ways, paired with Tito's Vodka cocktails crafted by the restaurant's beverage team!
Throughout the evening our hosts from Billion Oyster Project, the team from The Yacht Club, and our sponsors will discuss the pairings along with the oyster’s historical and ecological role in New York City. Guests will also hear an overview of Billion Oyster Project's recent work, Crew Restaurant Group's role in our Shell Recycling Program, and find new ways to get involved on the waterfront in 2026.
Seating for this event will be communal and we will begin promptly at 6pm. If you'd like to stay for dinner afterwards, please book directly with the restaurant. We look forward to hosting you!
