The route takes you past the Central Park Mall, the Jackie Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, Bethesda Fountain & Terrace, the Great Lawn, and Strawberry Fields, with a knowledgeable guide filling in the history behind each stop along the way.
It's a relaxed, low-effort way to cover a lot of park in a short amount of time, with plenty of stops for photos and no cycling experience required.
