Cancellation Policy
Your reservation is a binding contract and payment will be required. Private Charter deposits will not be refunded if you cancel your cruise, No exceptions.
nBy booking a private charter we are no longer available for other cruises. You have agreed to the terms of the cancellation policies. If you cancel a private charter within 30 days of your sail date you will be charged the full amount of your charter! Deposits are non refundable. If the weather conditions permit us to sail, we will sail rain or shine. If you choose not to sail due to the weather or do not show up and we have not cancelled the cruise, you will be charged the full amount due. The boat is fully enclosed. The only reason we will cancel is because of severe wind, lighting or a condition the Captain feels is unsafe. Sailing decisions will be at time of cruise as conditions change quickly here!!! It is impossible to make accurate sailing decisions prior to the cruise but we will try to notify you as soon as possible if it looks like sailing will not be possible!
