Cancellation Policy
Tours and Encounters:
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 2+ weeks advance notice of cancellation.
Customers will receive a 50% refund or credit with 1+ week advance notice of cancellation.
Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary is remote, located about 4 miles down a fairly well-maintained gravel road. When the roads are dry, it’s a relatively easy (if not bumpy) ride down Candy Kitchen Road. However, when it’s wet the road can be slippery, and reduced speeds are highly recommended. Additionally, if you plan on utilizing our campground, it is strongly advised that you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle; once you get off the gravel road, the dirt roads in the area can become anything from slick to downright sloppy.
If you cannot make it to the sanctuary for your safety due to weather, please contact us and we can reschedule your tour or provide you with a full refund.
