What to Expect
Experience a full-day wade trip on the San Juan River with Durango Fly Fishing. This 8-hour guided fly fishing adventure includes all necessary gear, making it easy to focus on the sport. Our trips are structured for small groups, with up to three anglers per guide to ensure personalized attention and clear instruction. When your group reaches four anglers, an additional guide joins, and pricing adjusts accordingly.
A lunch is included on full-day trips, providing a convenient break in your day. Whether you're looking to refine your technique or enjoy a well-organized fly fishing experience, our trips offer the perfect balance of guidance and independence on the river.
Please note that wader rentals are not included in the pricing for our wade trips, and you must rent your waders before your running trip. We recommend picking up your waders the day before at Duranglers Flies and Supplies in Durango, located at 923 Main Ave, Durango, CO 81301.

Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to book your trip.
nCancellations: Cancellations made 15 or more days before your trip are eligible for a refund, minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount or $50, whichever is greater.
nCancellations made within 14 days of the trip may forfeit the full deposit.
nCancellations made within 48 hours of the trip or no-shows will forfeit the full trip amount.
Rescheduling:You may reschedule your trip once, at no charge, if done at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling within 14 days of your trip may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
nMultiple date changes are not permitted and will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
nWeather: Trips may be rescheduled or adjusted at the guide’s discretion due to unsafe weather or water conditions (e.g., lightning, extreme high/low flows). In such cases, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date or offer a refund of payments made.
