Start Time: Between 5:00–5:30 PM
Experience the magic of the San Juan River during the golden hour—what we like to call "power hour." This 3-hour evening float takes you through the world-renowned Quality Waters section, timed perfectly for the best fishing of the day. As the sun dips low, fish become more active, and conditions line up for some of the most exciting opportunities of the day.
Expect solid dry fly action and great chances to throw streamers to aggressive trout. This trip is especially well-suited for intermediate and advanced anglers looking to take advantage of the evening bite. That said, we’re always happy to accommodate anglers of all experience levels—we’ll make sure you have a great time no matter your background.
We provide all fishing gear, cold waters, and expert guidance to make the most of your time on the river. Please note: transportation is not included for this trip—clients will meet us at the river.
