Rachel's Private Lessons (East)

Calibers one-on-one program offers private firearms instruction tailored to your schedule and goals. Lessons can cover basic introductions to pistol, rifle, or shotgun platforms, try-to-buy explorations, coaching to improve skills or correct habits, familiarization with a newly acquired firearm, or recreational practice to advance proficiency. Sessions are taught individually or with a small group of friends or family you invite, and the instructor customizes the curriculum to meet your specific needs.

**About Your Instructor:
Rachel Shroyer is a firearms instructor with an engineering-based approach to training that emphasizes safety, awareness, strong fundamentals, and practical application. She provides individualized instruction designed around each student’s experience, abilities, and personal goals.

Rachel is particularly skilled at working with shooters who have injuries, disabilities, or physical limitations that may require adaptive techniques. Her teaching style is informed by her own experience learning to shoot while managing multiple finger amputations and a traumatic brain injury. This perspective allows her to focus on each student’s capabilities and develop practical solutions that build confidence and independence.

Rachel also specializes in women’s instruction, creating a welcoming, professional, and judgment-free environment for shooters at any experience level. She believes everyone deserves the opportunity to train safely and confidently without being viewed as incapable because of gender, injury, or disability.
