Hoboken Waterfront History Kayak Tour!
Hoboken Waterfront History Kayak Tour! Free Event!
What to Expect
This 2.5-hour experience combines a kayak tour with a visit to the Hoboken Historical Museum, guided by the museum’s executive director alongside a certified kayak instructor. Participants practice paddling skills in a protected embayment before heading onto the river to enjoy spectacular Manhattan skyline views and learn little-known stories of the Hoboken waterfront. The program follows American Canoe Association curriculum and uses a challenge-by-choice approach so guests can participate and develop skills at their own comfort level.
The program is sponsored by the Hudson County Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs. The reservation fee will be retained as a donation if not requested as a refund upon arrival.
