Our tent sites feature direct, convenient access to the renowned Northern NH ATV Trail System, making Bear Rock the perfect basecamp for off-road exploration. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a full outdoor vacation, you'll enjoy premium access to side-by-side (SxS) riding and scenic backcountry trails.

Named for one of the county's iconic peaks and local hiking trail, Table Rock is a Signature tent offering mountain views, forested surroundings, and open-sky views. Perfect for guests seeking a quiet retreat or an incredible adventure, this site provides the comforts of hike-in or ride out camping in NH with easy access to the rugged beauty of the North Country's landscape.

🕓 Play & Stay Package
Check-In & Rental Pick-Up Information:
- All Polaris RZR side-by-side check-ins and returns will take place at the Camp Office, located at the top of Bear Rock Camping grounds.
- Rental Pick-Up Times Are Strict: Guests must arrive on time for their scheduled pick-up. Please plan your travel accordingly to ensure a smooth start to your adventure.
- Office Hours End at 5:00 PM: If you arrive after 5:00 PM, your side-by-side will be available for pick-up the following morning during regular office hours.
- No After-Hours Pick-Up or Drop Offs: For safety and operational reasons, we do not offer late or after office hour pick-ups or drop offs.
- We recommend arriving early to enjoy a full day of riding and to allow time for orientation and trail prep.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
nWe understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness to all our guests and staff. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Standard Cancellations:
nEligibility for Refund: To receive a refund (minus a 20% processing fee based on the total booking amount), all cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start time.
Cancellation Credit Option:
nGuests who cancel at least 24 hours prior to the reservation start time may opt to receive a cancellation credit. This credit is valid for future use at Bear Rock Adventures and may be applied to Adventure rentals, Retail purchases or Camping & Lodging reservations.
Same-Day Cancellations:
nCancellations made on the day of the reservation are not eligible for refund or credit. The full booking amount will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made.
Additional Terms:
nPlease note that online reservations may include third-party booking fees and applicable taxes, which are non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refunds or credits will be issued for early returns on any rental, lodging, or reservation.
