What to Expect

Hump Day Habitat Tours are a brand‑new, Wednesday‑exclusive experience at the Lion Habitat Ranch. Guests enjoy a 60‑minute guided tour led by one of our knowledgeable keepers, who share captivating stories about the ranch’s history, daily operations, and the unique personalities of the animals who call the ranch home.

During your tour, you’ll encounter vibrant parrots, curious ostriches, graceful emus, and weather permitting our charming tortoises. The highlight for many is the opportunity to see our majestic lions up close while learning about their care, behaviors, and conservation.

You may also witness our trainers completing projects around the property, offering a behind‑the‑scenes look at how we maintain safe, enriching environments for our animal family. Guests are welcome to take unlimited photos and videos throughout the experience.

Optional add‑ons, such as lion feedings, emu feedings, or tortoise encounters, can be added on the day of your visit to make your day with us even more memorable.

Check‑in begins 15 minutes before your scheduled start time, and tours depart promptly.
