What to Expect

Celebrate the holidays with decadence by treating yourself and your family to our NEW Ethel M Chocolate Tasting Experience. This interactive experience includes a sampling of 5 of our seasonal holiday favorites:
- White Chocolate Peppermint Silk
- Milk Chocolate Cookie Butter
- Milk Chocolate Gingerbread
- Dark Chocolate Passionfruit
- Dark Chocolate Kona

You may choose to enhance your experience by adding a flight of 5 wines for an additional $10. Available for guests 21+

Our guided Chocolate Tasting Experience lasts approximately 40-50 minutes and takes you on a delightful journey through the world of chocolate. You'll learn about the sourcing, refining, and production process, gaining insights into the art of chocolate making. The experience doesn't stop there! We'll guide you through the art of chocolate tasting, helping you identify the subtle flavor notes that make each piece unique.

By the end, you'll be a certified chocolate connoisseur! Each participant receives an honorary chocolatier certificate and a special 15% discount on all regularly priced items in our gift shop on the day of your tasting.
And if you'd like to stroll our Holiday Cactus Garden afterwards, your tasting certificate allows you free entry with no waiting in line!

For the convenience of all attendees, guests who arrive later than 10 minutes after the designated start time will be rebooked to the next available tasting that will accommodate their group size.
