Cat Lounge Access and Kitten Cottage Access have capacity limitations.
If you are not able to book tickets for your entire party for a time slot, please refer to our capacity policies and/or choose another time slot. If you booked tickets for part of your party and show up with more people, we will not be able to accommodate you and no refund will be issued. If you are not on time, your entry to the Cat Lounge may be delayed.
Please ensure that your booking details comply and align with our policies. No refunds will be made for bookings with user error and they will be automatically cancelled.
Do NOT book a party using this method. Go back to our website and use the contact form to request a party. You may be subject to additional charges if these directions are not followed.

Availability of kitties may vary.
Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you are 10+ minutes late, you will be considered a no show & your reservation will be cancelled with no refund. If you do show up 10+ minutes after the start of your booked session, we may be able to book you for another session if available.
If you added Kitten Cottage Access, you will visit with the kittens first. Kitten Cottage is a separate area where kittens are housed.
We only allow 4 visitors to the kittens per hour.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/No Show’s:
nNo refunds, no exceptions.
nWe do not allow for rescheduling. Any cancellations will not be refunded. All prepaid tickets will be forfeit and taken as a donation. You may request for us to book tickets on a different date/time on you behalf.

nNo Show Policy: (Arriving 10 mins or more late to session) All prepaid tickets will be forfeit and taken as a donation and we reserve the right to refuse entry.
nIncidental Policy as defined in Cat Lounge Rules: Any disruptions to the space and/or broken rules will not be tolerated and will result in additional charges. Rules are understood, agreed to, and accepted by customers on 4 occasions – prior to booking, upon booking, at time of receipt of the confirmation email, and in-store before entering the Cat Lounge. A copy of the rules is also posted inside the Cat Lounge. Staff verbally reminds and notifies guests of instances of broken rules. The customer is held liable and responsible for broken rules/damage whether accidental/intentional or not. Any incidental/additional charges are legitimate and do not always require further explanation.
