Cancellation Policy

If late by more than 30 minutes, Sage Lodge reserves the right to forfeit your tour and you will be charged full price.

For persons wishing to cancel you must do so at least 30 days in advance to cancel without penalty. Cancellations 3-29 days prior will be charged 50% of the total cost of the trip. Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip will be charged for the full cost of the activity. This applies to individual participants as well as whole group cancellations. To cancel your tour or adjust the number of participants, simply respond to this email with your request.

For partial cancellations of multi-day tours, this policy will apply to each cancelled day.

Our trips will depart regardless of weather conditions. However, Sage Lodge does reserve the right to cancel your trip at any time due to unsafe conditions or other unforeseen factors.

For Saddle Up at Sunrise Tours, 25% of the Total Balance Due is non-refundable at time of booking.

Note - The national Park service is currently requiring that ALL adults must present photo identification when entering the park. Please be advised to bring your photo identification.

Please note: Pets are not permitted on these tours. Please arrange to board your pet at a local facility prior to your arrival.
