What to Expect

Hermann has mansions? Indeed it does! At least, they were considered such at the time they were built, and they continue to catch our fancy today. Your horse-drawn carriage tour starts downtown where Hermann's oldest homes are situated. The carriage then transports you across town to the mansions and stately homes of prominent Hermann figures such as George Stark and Michael Poeschel.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the customer will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance of the event. Call or text 636-667-1174 to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Successful cancellation will be acknowledged in writing by Wine Country Wagon Rides (i.e., cancellation email).

In the event of such a cancellation, you may reschedule or apply the credit to a future ride and not incur additional reservation fees. Otherwise, Wine Country Wagon Rides will refund 80 percent of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full price.

Payment will be fully refunded if cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events encountered by Wine Country Wagon Rides.

If the service has been started and must halt for reasons beyond our control, Wine Country Wagon Rides reserves the right to prorate the service fee.
