- Drivers Must be 54″ tall to Operate the Cart as a Single Driver
- Passengers must be 3-15 years old AND 38″ tall to ride.
- Passengers ages 3-9 must ride with a Driver 16 years or older
- Passengers 3-15 years old cannot be taller than Driver.
- Adults are not allowed to ride together.
- Max total passenger weight for the Cart is 350 lbs in Dry Conditions / 305 lbs in Wet Conditions
- Alpine Coaster Operates Rain, Snow, or Sunshine

The Copperhead Mountain Coaster is Branson’s longest downhill Mountain Coaster that slithers and snakes along riveting loops, drops and curves through the beautiful Ozark Mountain forest. Advanced braking and safety technology helps ensure your mountain coaster ride can focus on the adventure you choose, FAST or CRAWLING, Copperhead Mountain Coaster has you covered!

Restrictions
Participant Responsibilities & Rules:
Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
- Must be able to understand and demonstrate knowledge of all safety rules and the course environment to experience the attraction.
- Participating while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited.
- Maximum weight is 350 lbs total for cart.
- Passengers Must be at least 3 years old to participate and 38 inches tall
- Driver is responsible for controlling speed, distance between other sleds and stopping at the finish.
- Ensure that shoes are secure. No flip-flops or open heel shoes. Make sure shoelaces are tied.
- Pockets must be empty. No loose objects such as cell phones or cameras. Eyeglasses should be secure. Operators are not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.
- No gum, food or drinks allowed on attraction.
Follow all operator instructions, posted rule signs and stickers.
- If you have a heart condition, back or neck injuries, if you are pregnant, or if you have any condition that prevents you from following all safety rules and guidelines, you must not ride the mountain coaster.
- By purchasing a ticket, you accept the conditions of use, and you ride at your own risk. All claims for compensation are excluded.
Participants who ride the Copperhead Mountain Coaster are considered to be "active participants" and as an active participant, riders must be able to demonstrate they are
Physically and cognitively capable of fulfilling and or demonstrating the following:
Meet and comply with the weight, height and age requirements of the coaster ride as determined by the operator.
Hearing, understanding and following all verbal and written rules, to include all commands provided by ride attendants and or signage.
Proficiency in Operating the mechanical components of the coaster cart.
Capable of loading and unloading themselves onto coaster cart without assistance from the ride operator or fellow participant.
Capacity to walk unaided by any device to include but not limited to a wheelchair, walker, crutches, cane or other walking aids.
Ability to dismount coaster cart in an emergency or mechanical system malfunction evacuation and walk on your own ability through wooded areas which may be level, sloped or steep and be able to see in both daylight, low-light and darkness, visually see darkness aided by emergency evacuation lighting.
Ability to hear and follow emergency evacuation commands provided by public address systems or verbal commands from ride operators.
You agree that you are not under the influence of intoxicants, to include but limited to alcohol, marijuana medically or recreationally. If a ride operator suspects a rider is under the influence of an intoxicant, operator reserves the right to deny access to the ride and will refund participant.
Any rider or passengers who are unable to fulfill any of the above, who have already purchased tickets online or onsite directly from ride operator will be refunded. Rides purchased from a third-party ticket seller will be required to receive their refund from the third-party ticket reseller.
