The House and Loft can comfortably accommodate 16-20 guests. The main house sleeps up to 12 and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has 2 king size beds, and the other has 2 queen size beds. In the main living area there is a queen sofa sleeper and a futon. One bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the other has a shower.The House has a full kitchen including a double oven, gas cook top, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and is furnished with basic cooking necessities. The loft sleeps up to eight and is a one room 'cabin style' with four queen beds and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The loft also has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, and seating for dining. Outside The House and Loft there is a large patio with a gas grill and plenty of seating, as well as a deck upstairs.
