Guided-walking tours along well-lighted walkways are conducted by trained rangers. On the tour, you will see both the rarest and largest cave formations in the world.

Unfortunately, strollers are not permitted.

Learn how the ancient Wine Table (World's rarest cave structure) was formed completely under water. The entire cave complex stretches upwards past the height of a 7-story building and extraordinary formations can be seen throughout.

Meramec Caverns is the largest commercial cave in the state of Missouri. Missouri is also known as the Cave State, home to more than 6,000 surveyed caves.

The Tour includes a visit to the Theatre Room Light-Show: On September 11, 2014 Meramec Caverns unveiled a new state of the art light show. An all new computerized LED light show replaced a manual incandescent light bulb show. This new light show, accompanied by the singing of God Bless America, showcases vibrant lights along with images showcasing the beauty of America. This show is dedicated to those who have served and are currently serving in our armed forces and as police officers, firefighters and emergency medical technicians. To these men and women we extend our gratitude and remembrance for their brave sacrifices.
