Cancellation Policy
Beyond the Gulf Coast offers a 100% refund for tour cancellation due to inclement weather e.g. weather considered hazardous to tour members safety. This includes: heavy rain, high winds, lighting or generally unsafe water conditions, swamp fires, etc.
n100% refund is issued if cancellation is greater than 72 hours before tour time.
n50% refund is issued if cancellation is less than 72 hours before tour time if rescheduling is not possible.
nNo refund is issued for no-shows or cancellations the the day of the tour.
nArrival after 10 min of the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.
