If the minimum number of passengers is not reached by the registration deadline, we will contact you using the phone number provided to discuss your options, including transferring your reservation to another tour (if available) or receiving a full refund.
nReservations canceled on or before Oct 2nd, 2026, are eligible for a full refund.
nCancellations received after Oct. 2nd 2026, are non-refundable.
nNo-call/no-show reservations are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
nIf you become ill and are unable to attend, please contact our office as soon as possible. Requests received within 72 hours of departure may be considered for a tour credit or gift certificate on a case-by-case basis.
