You can obtain an operator's permit by successfully completing the Minnesota, NASBLA-approved boating safety course. It is available at https://www.dnr.state.mn.us/safety/boatwater/education.html

nIf you choose to cancel your reservation - here are your options
nPrior to 7 days
n1. You can pick another date/and start time and reschedule to another date without any fees.
nRescheduling is for the exact same time increments as your original reservation
n2. Your payment can be transferred to a Gift Card for future use
n3. Your payment can be refunded, less the online booking fee
Between the time period of 7 - 2 days
n1. Your payment will be transferred to a Gift Card for future use, less a $25 fee
n2. Your payment can be refunded, less a $100 fee
Day before reservation and the Day of reservation
n1. Your payment will be transferred to a Gift Card for future use, less a $100 fee
Fourth of July Reservations
nIf you choose to cancel your Fourth of July reservation - Before June 20th
n1. You can pick another date/and start time and reschedule to another date without any fees.
nRescheduling is for the exact same time increments as your original reservation with the
nexcept for fireworks viewing time.
n2. Your payment can be transferred to a Gift Card for future use
n3. Your payment can be refunded, less a $25 fee
If you choose to cancel your Fourth of July reservation - After June 21st
n1. Your payment will be transferred to a Gift Card for future use, less a $250 fee
Severe Weather in White Bear Lake, Minnesota cancellation policy
nOn the Day of your reservation, Tallys Dockside has the right to cancel your reservation due to
nsevere weather, defined as tornado warnings, lightning, torrential downpours and hurricane
nstyle winds.
