Explore more of the Cannon Valley Trail with the ease and added support of an eBike. This 19.7-mile trail follows the Cannon River through Cannon Falls, Welch, and Red Wing, Minnesota, along a former Chicago Great Western Railroad route. With electric pedal assist, you can comfortably enjoy the trail’s gradual 115-foot descent from Cannon Falls to Red Wing while choosing your own pace.

The trail runs through diverse and scenic areas of southeastern Minnesota, with views of the river valley, overhanging cliffs, wetland complexes, and seasonal landscapes. It is open year-round for biking, walking, hiking, inline skating, skateboarding, and similar wheeled activities. Your rental includes an eBike, and a helmet is available upon request at no additional cost.
