Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy – Non-Refundable Deposit

By booking a candle-making experience with Wicksup Candle Co., you agree to the following terms:

n

Non-Refundable Deposit:
nA $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit covers half of the $100 travel fee and half the cost of 20 candles at $25 each, with a minimum of 20 candles poured. The deposit will be applied toward the total event cost. The remaining balance is due at the start of your event.

Event Rescheduling Policy:

n

Notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled event to request a reschedule. Reschedules are allowed once and must be completed within 45 days of the original event date, subject to availability.

Missed Events & Late Reschedule Requests:
nFailure to attend your event or request a reschedule within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Late Arrivals:
nGuests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to participate, and the deposit will be forfeited. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.

No Refunds:
nDeposits and payments are non-refundable for any reason, including cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows.
