What to Expect

Wander with Direction’s Sound Bath gatherings, led by yoga teacher Deb Lanning and friends, offer a calming, restorative experience using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments to relax the body and quiet the mind

2026 Summer schedule: Sound Baths are held on the last Monday of the month, June to September. At the Almira Town Hall in downtown Lake Ann. Doors open at 6:30 PM for nesting. Sound Bath begins at 7:00 PM and lasts for one hour, ending at 8 PM.

Cancellation Policy

Sound Bath Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 6 hours or more before the scheduled Sound Bath start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund, and the full session fee will be retained.

Late arrivals will not be permitted access to the session, as this is a meditation practice and entering late would disrupt the experience for other participants. Late arrivals or no‑shows are treated as cancellations made after the 6‑hour deadline and are not refundable.
