These pay-by-the-seat, Social Sunset Cruises are an affordable, easygoing option for date nights, family outings, or gatherings with friends and colleagues. The atmosphere is laid-back and social, with room for 1- 25 passengers and opportunities to take in colorful evening skies and shoreline views.

Restrictions
- Federal law requires anyone under 6 years old to wear a life jacket while on the boat.
- Infant/toddler life jackets for children under 30 lbs are not provided due to sizing and sanitation.
- You must be over 21 and have a valid ID to consume alcohol during the cruise.
- Do not board the boat unless a captain has instructed you to do so; boarding without permission will result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellation Policy
Charters cancelled with more than 7 days notice will result in your choice of a full refund/reschedule/gift card. If cancelled within 7 days, you can request to reschedule or will be provided a gift card for a future cruise. If you cancel the day of your charter or do not show there will be no refund, gift card, or reschedule granted due to staffing and preparation cost. Weather cancellations are decided by the captain day of the cruise. You will be contacted at least 2 hours in advance to discuss potential weather related issues.
