What to Expect
Dorm accommodations are AVAILABLE FOR SCHOOLS AND CHARTER GROUPS who are registered for a program with Inland Seas Education Association.
About
The dormitories are located at the Capt. Thomas M. Kelly Biological Station at 100 Dame St., Suttons Bay, MI 49682. They can accommodate up to 36 people split between four different rooms.
Rates and Duration
The cost to stay in the dorms is dependent on the number of rooms needed. Guests may book up to 7 consecutive nights of lodging at the Capt. Thomas M. Kelly Biological Station. A nonrefundable deposit of $40 per night is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance of your fee will be due 30 days prior to your stay.
Room A = 12 people = $250 per night
Room B = 8 people = $170 per night
Room C = 4 people = $90 per night
Room D = 12 people = $250 per night
Details
Guests are welcome to arrive at 4:00 PM on the day of their arrival and must vacate the room no later than 10:00 AM on the day of their departure. If you would like to discuss the possibility of different check in/out times, please contact ISEA.

A non-refundable deposit is required to complete your reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days before arrival or at the time of reservation if less than 30 days.

If a cancellation is 31 days or more prior to the program state date, you will receive a full refund of any payment made less the non-refundable deposit. If the cancellation occurs 15-30 days prior to the program start date you will receive a 50% refund less the non-refundable deposit. If cancellation occurs 14 days or less from the program start date no refund will be issued.
