What to Expect

Access Zip Line and ALL of our adventure activities with one pass!

Package Includes:

  • 2 zip line runs per person - approx. 1 hour
  • 3 wheel luge runs per person - approx. 45 min.
  • 3 rounds of archery per person - approx. 45 min
  • 3 climbs on our rock climbing wall per person - approx. 45 mins
  • 1 Trail Quest map - 1-2 hours
  • Access to 'Camp Chill' - Full of yard games, ping pong, slack lines, hammocks and more!

PLEASE NOTE: The zip line portion of this pass must be scheduled for a specific time.

  • The other included activities can be done at any time during business hours on the day of your reservation.
  • If you schedule your zip line for a later session, you should plan on doing additional activities before you zip line.
  • Vouchers will not be given for later dates if activities are not completed on the date purchased.

About the Activities

Zip Line
You will take flight from the top of a sand dune and through the tree canopy over 1400 feet along side a friend. Our guides will assist with all equipment and instruct you how to zip. Each participant will get two runs on each side of the zip line.

Luge
Our luge coaches will teach you how to luge and provide you with a sled, helmet and elbow pads. Coaches will teach you how to hold the sled, position your body on the sled, and how to control the sled when you're sliding. Coaches are available to assist you at the top and bottom of the track.

Archery
Each archery experience begins with about 10-15 minutes of instruction without a bow in hand. After instruction, you will receive a lightweight compound bow and 3 rounds of five arrows for target practice. Instructors will help you refine your technique as you shoot.

Rock Climbing
Get vertical on our new 38 foot, 3-sided rock climbing wall. After instruction and harnessing, each participant receives 3 rounds (climbs) to get to the top. Our climbing instructors will help with technique as you climb.

Trail Quest
Trail Quest combines the fun of a scavenger hunt with problem solving like an escape room on our hiking trails. The game is done at your own pace. You will receive a trail map with instructions.

Requirements

  • All participants must sign a waiver prior to activity. Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a legal guardian and must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All participants will be asked to weigh in on a scale that will privately confirm your body weight to our check-in staff. The ticket purchaser is responsible for confirming all participants comply with our weight and height guidelines. Refunds will not be offered if a participant does not meet weight or height requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy for Summer Passes

The following policy applies to all passes and reservations purchased for summer activities.

By completing your purchase you hereby agree to the following:

Refunds

n

Cancellation of passes or reservations more than 48 hours in advance of the reserved date will receive a full refund less a $10.00 per ticket processing fee per reservation. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected]

Reservations for large groups may be charged a non-refundable deposit.

Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals. Tours leave on schedule and it will not be possible to join a tour after it has started.

Choose Your Challenge

n

We allow all participants to choose their own level of challenge. We will never force anyone to participate in any activity. However, we will not refund tickets, in whole or partially, if a participant chooses not to participate.

Rescheduling

n

Requests to reschedule a reservation must be made more than 48 hours in advance of the reservation date. Requests to reschedule will only be granted upon availability. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to [email protected].

Transferal or resale to another party

n

Tickets may be transferred or resold to another party. Muskegon Luge is not responsible for the act of transferring or reselling and conveys only those rights conveyed in the original purchase of the ticket.

Weather Cancellation

n

During the summer, activities may be temporarily closed in the event of adverse weather conditions such as lightning, high winds or torrential rainfall. During the winter, activities may be temporarily closed due to unseasonably warm temperatures or lack of snow. In the event Muskegon Luge is forced to cancel your reservation due to weather conditions that are not conducive to activity operations, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your reservation to a later date, if possible. The decision to cancel a reservation is at the sole discretion of Muskegon Luge management. We do not cancel reservations for rain, cold or hot temperatures or winter storms.

Waiver and Requirements

n

All participants of luge and/or zip line must sign a waiver prior to participating in said activities. With no exception will a participant be allowed to participate without signing a waiver. All participants for luge and zip line must be at least 48" tall and weigh at least 65 lbs. Maximum weight for the zip line is 250 lbs. There is no maximum weight requirement for luge but participants should be aware of the physical requirements or adaptations to luge on our track. Refunds will not be given for tickets purchased for individuals who do not meet size requirements.

Minor Participants

n

Participants under the age of 14 must have proper parental/guardian supervision and all Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Participants under the age of 18 who do not have the required documentation will be denied participation in the activity.
