You don’t have to be a yogi or meditation guru to enjoy this high vibrational & healing experience. This is a 3-hour ride where we stop in the middle to set up a cute picnic with snacks and refreshments for everyone. We then lead a guided Gratitude Meditation. Here we create a space to focus on our breath, become present, set our intentions, and give thanks for all the blessings that surround us.
