Cancellation Policy
- n
- Reservations can be canceled for a full refund seven days prior to a booked rental. Rentals booked last minute (within those 7 days) are not eligible for a refund. n
- No shows are not eligible for a refund. This means if you paid for all 5 of your buddies, and one cancels on you, then your buddy still owes you that money. n
- Plan accordingly. Winter travel in Michigan is a risk you take when booking a trip to the UP. Road closures, bad weather, or canceled flights do not make you eligible for a refund. n
