Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to your scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days before the delivery date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled delivery are non-refundable. We encourage guests to notify us as early as possible if plans change so we can assist with any available options.
