Counseling Session by Telehealth
What to Expect
This telehealth counseling session offers a private, one-on-one meeting with a clinician to summarize previous sessions, review main themes, and update treatment goals. Telehealth is also used when in-person meetings at Cornerstone Ranch are impractical due to barriers such as weather. The session provides a confidential remote space to continue therapeutic work and maintain continuity of care when an in-person visit is not possible.

Restrictions
If you have an emergency or crisis and cannot reach the clinician, call the emergency crisis line, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No Show
nI accept payment at time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, there is a 48-hour notice for cancellation. You will be charged for the session if you do not cancel within this 48-hour notice period, and if you do not show for a session. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy. I will do my best to accommodate schedule changes as quickly as possible. Exceptions: Fees may be waived at the discretion of WildFlowers' Walks & Wellness for documented emergencies, severe weather, or sudden illness.
