Enjoy a private farm celebration with space to gather, play, and spend time together!

Each Standard Event includes a reserved tented area and the flexibility to add classic farm activities like a hayride or pick-your-own experience.
Designed to be easy for hosts and fun for guests, this event offers a simple setup in a working farm setting.

Your event Includes:

• Private event area with 20'X40' private tent and access to electricity
• Picnic tables and serving tables with seasonal centerpieces
• Private Bounce House at your event area
• Refrigerator/freezer in tent.
• Onsite event staff for assistance as needed

Pick-your-own options vary by season and may include produce, flowers, or pumpkins. The date you select while booking will show the crops we expect to be available. The seasonal crop calendar below will help your planning.

People Count

• Events are limited to 50 people total, including adults, children, and infants.
  To host more than 50 people, see Premium Events.
  This limit is required by our town permits and is strictly enforced.

Arrival, Timing & Hayride Schedule

• Each Standard Event is scheduled for 2 hours.
• Hosts may arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Guests should arrive at the event start time.
• If your event includes a hayride, it must depart within the first 15 minutes of the event.
• Hayride only: approximately 15–20 minutes.
• Hayride with Pick-Your-Own: approximately 45–50 minutes.

Food & Refreshments

• You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Catering may also be ordered from Ward’s Kitchen. Orders must be placed at least one week in advance.
• 🍕 PIZZA! We’ve partnered with Crisp, a local pizza shop, to coordinate pizza delivery directly to your tent. Place your order with us at least one week in advance, and we’ll take care of the logistics!

Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol is not permitted at Standard Private Events at Ward’s Berry Farm.
  Beer and wine service is available for weekend Premium Events only.
  This policy is required by our town permit.
  Violation will result in immediate event cancellation without refund.

Weather Policy

• Events are held rain or shine, within reason.
• Event tents and hayride wagons are covered.
• In cases of severe weather, Ward’s may cancel, reschedule, or refund at our discretion.
  Full cancellation details are shown before checkout and included in your confirmation email.

Cleanup & Decorations

• All people must vacate the event site at the end of the timeslot.
• Hosts are responsible for cleanup, using provided waste receptacles.
• Confetti, paint, or hard-to-clean decorations are not permitted.
• Piñatas are allowed if all debris is fully cleaned up.
  Failure to clean up or vacate on time may result in a $50 fee.

Bounce House Note

• Standard Events include a private bounce house at your tent.
  The Bounce Pillow is a public attraction and is not included.
