What to Expect
🚜 Ward’s Berry Farm offers a beautiful natural setting for photography sessions, with orchards, flower fields, gardens, and seasonal crops that provide a variety of scenic backdrops throughout the growing season.
Who Needs a Professional Photographer Pass?
- A professional photographer pass is required for anyone providing paid photography services while conducting a session on farm property. This typically includes portrait sessions such as family photos, engagement sessions, maternity sessions, senior portraits, or other scheduled shoots with clients.
- Guests taking photos for personal enjoyment do not need a pass, even if they are using professional camera equipment.
Professional Photographer Pass Pricing:
- One hour pass: $60
- Two hour pass: $100
- Half day pass (4 hours): $150
- Full day pass (9am-7pm): $200
Passes must be obtained at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of use.

Restrictions
PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION RULES:
- Photography sessions may only take place between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. All visitors must leave farm property by 7PM.
- A professional photographer pass is required for anyone providing paid photography services on farm property.
- Guests taking photos for personal enjoyment do not need a pass, even if they are using professional camera equipment.
- The farm is open to the public during photography sessions. Please be respectful of customers and staff.
- All locations on the farm are shared spaces and may not be reserved or held for exclusive use. Other customers and staff must be allowed access to all areas.
- All plants, crops, trees, and landscaping must be treated with care. Do not climb or shake trees, walk on planted beds or disturb any growing plants.
- Picking fruit, vegetables, or flowers is only permitted in specified areas with the purchase of a Pick Your Own container.
- The professional photographer pass does not include hayrides or transportation through the fields.
- Some farm areas may require separate admission (such as tulip fields, mazes, and other seasonal attractions). All individuals entering these areas must purchase the appropriate admission ticket and/or Pick Your Own container at the Pick Your Own tent before entering.
- Drones are not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted on farm property and may not be included in photography sessions.

Cancellation Policy
All Professional Photographer Passes are non-refundable. They can be rescheduled for another date in the same calendar year, provided that notice is given at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.
