Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Items cancelled by guests outside 7 days are entitled to a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.

Items cancelled by guests within 7 days and no-shows will not be compensated.

In the event of inclement weather the decision to sail rests exclusively with the Captain. If the ship does not sail we will do our best to reschedule you. In the event that we can't, you will be fully refunded.

If the ship sails and you choose not to go, no compensation will be available though we will try to re-book you.

Trips already rescheduled by guests are not eligible for cancellation by guests.
