Cancellation Policy
Tour Dates in November through September:
nNo cancellations. Guests may make amendments to booking date and time, pending availability, until 6:00pm the day prior to scheduled activity.
Tour Dates in October Only:
nThank you for choosing our experience. We understand that circumstances can change, but we want to inform you that our October cancellation policy is extremely strict, and no cancellations will be allowed under any circumstances.
No Cancellations: Once a ticket is booked and the payment is processed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified in any way. This policy applies to all ticket types for tours during October.
nNo Exceptions: We regret that we cannot make exceptions for any reason, including, but not limited to, medical emergencies, personal emergencies, travel restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
nDate and Time Modifications: We do not allow changes to the date or time of a booking. If you need to make changes to your plans, you will be required to make a new booking, subject to availability and pricing at the time of the new booking.
nNo Shows or Late Arrivals: If you are or become unwilling and/or unable to show up for a booked experience, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit of any kind. Please ensure that you arrive on time for your scheduled services.
nContacting Customer Support: Our customer support team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about your booking. However, please be aware that our strict cancellation policy cannot be waived or altered by our customer support team.
