  • Age Requirement:

  • All riders must be 21 years or older to participate in the Pint Rider tour. This is strictly enforced, and all guests must present a valid ID at check-in.

  • Physical Fitness:

  • The Pint Rider is pedal-powered, so guests should be comfortable with light physical activity. While most seats require pedaling, there are 4 non-pedaling seats available for those who need them.

  • Guests with impaired mobility may find the non-pedaling seats more suitable but should still be able to board the bike safely with assistance.

  • Pregnancy Considerations:

  • Pregnant women are welcome to ride at their own discretion, but we strongly recommend consulting a doctor before booking. For additional comfort, we suggest sitting on the bench seat rather than a pedal seat.

  • Height Requirement:

  • Riders should be at least 5 feet tall to comfortably reach the pedals. Shorter guests may have difficulty pedaling.

  • Alcohol Restrictions:

  • All drinks can be pre-purchased from Jefferson Spirits. No hard liquor or mixed drinks are allowed on board. Guests may only bring beer, wine, or cider in approved containers.

  • No Pets:

  • Pets are not allowed on the Pint Rider for the safety and comfort of all guests.

  • Behavior Policy:

  • All riders must follow the guide’s safety instructions at all times. Guests who become overly intoxicated, disruptive, or fail to follow safety guidelines may be asked to leave the tour without a refund.
