What to Expect

Tautog are found in the Vineyard Sound and Buzzards Bay waters from late September through mid-November. They are delicious to eat with a delicate, sweet flavor that reflects their diet.

We provide everything you need to fish for Tautog, including the Green Crabs that are used as bait. You may bring whatever food and drink you like. We ask that you not bring any glass containers on the boat.
