Cancellation Policy
All tickets are non-refundable and thus cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you cannot use your ticket, you may re-apply its value toward a future tour per your request and the tour's availability. Tour prices may change year-by-year but all previous credit for paid tours may be applied toward a new iREV tour in the future (i.e. $25/ full price standard ticket will now become a $25 credit) toward a new tour in the future. Please note that all credit will hold its value for a minimum of seven years according to the laws guided by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which may be subject to change.
