For Refundable Tickets: At least 48 hours notice is required in order to receive a refund. Tickets canceled less than 48 hours prior to the tour start time will not be refunded or rescheduled. Late arrivals and / or No-shows will also not be refunded or rescheduled. Thank you for your cooperation.
