Enjoy 1 hour of yoga in our Sound Bath space. Yoga with Traci includes specialty pose adjustments. Yoga mats & blocks are provided. Blankets and heated weighted sacks are offered during Shavasana, to enhance your rest period. Any questions reach Traci at 240-298-0481.
