ASA 101: Basic Keelboat Sailing – 2-Day Semi-Private Course (1–2 People)

This 2-day semi-private ASA 101 course is the ideal way to earn your ASA Basic Keelboat Sailing certification with personalized instruction and hands-on experience. Designed for individuals or pairs, this course ensures focused attention, faster learning, and more time at the helm.

Course Overview:
Over two full days on the water, you'll learn to skipper a 20–27 foot keelboat in light to moderate conditions. Our certified instructors will guide you through essential sailing skills and safety protocols in a relaxed and supportive setting.

What You’ll Learn:

Sailing terminology, points of sail, and basic knots

Tacking, jibing, sail trim, and steering

Docking and mooring techniques

Crew roles and communication

Safety procedures and man overboard recovery

Basic navigation and rules of the road
