You’ll learn how to adjust mainsheet and jib sheet trim, use the traveler and jib leads effectively, and even fine-tune with backstay adjustments. Key topics include Stop & Go techniques, the three sources of sail power, understanding lift, trimming to conditions, and working with wind shifts. Whether your goal is more confidence on the water or gaining a competitive edge, this class gives you the knowledge and practice to take your sailing to the next level.

Restrictions
Class Restrictions:
-Students must be at least 16 years old (under 18 with parent/guardian consent).
-ASA 101 or equivalent sailing experience is required before taking this course.
-All participants must be able to swim and feel comfortable on the water.
-Must be physically able to move safely around the boat and get on/off the boat without assistance.
-Waiver must be signed prior to participation.
-Class size is limited to ensure quality instruction and hands-on practice.
