  • Probe or candy thermometer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Liquid measuring cups
  • Rubber spatula
  • Food processor
  • Knife or metal bench scraper
  • Plastic wrap
  • 9-inch tart pan
  • Rolling pin
  • Extra flour for dusting
  • Microplane or zester
  • Paring knife
  • Half sheet tray (2)
  • Parchment paper
  • Round cookie cutter, about 3-inches in diameter or larger
  • Pastry brush
  • Costumes: encouraged but not required 😊
