Disc golf is a fun, easy-to-learn sport that follows the same basic rules of traditional golf, played on the natural landscape with flying discs rather than a ball and clubs. It provides a great workout focusing on balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Begin your round of golf teeing off right next to the Aerial Ropes Course. From there, you'll meander in and out of the Maine woods, taking in the fresh air and scenery along the way.
