What to Expect
This guided sea kayaking tour on Casco Bay offers the chance to explore the gorgeous islands surrounding Portland harbor by sea kayak. The tour departs from Portland Paddle's main site on the Portland waterfront and includes a beach landing for a stretch and shoreline exploration. There are opportunities to spot wildlife like seals, eiders, guillemots, herons, osprey and eagles. Routes vary with weather, tides and group pace, but the trip is best-suited for paddlers with some prior sea‑kayaking experience.
