What to Expect

This Class 1 High Step e-bike is a more of a commuter e-bike that blends classic aesthetics with unparalleled performance for its rider. This ebike allows riders of all levels to experience precision power exactly when needed. This prestige commuter bike has suspension fork that provide shock absorption and and comfortable seats with seat suspension and puncture resistant tires.

We do not have a storefront. Delivery and pick up is included in your rental.

Important: Drop Off & Pick-up are at same location requested when booked.

-E-bike rentals are not suitable for everyone.
-Riders must be 16 years or older to ride.

Due to safety concerns and risk of injury please do not ride if:

-You have mobility issues or use walking aid
-If you are pregnant
-Recent surgery of any kind that affect range of motion

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring smooth operations for all our customers. We ask respectfully for a 24hr cancellation notice through email and text message to receive a full refund.

In case of severe weather, customers may reschedule their rental at no additional cost or request a full refund. Rescheduling is subject to bike availability for the date and time requested.

Any reservation missed, late, canceled or changed without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved bike and accessories.

For parties of six or more, we request at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations.
