Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled rental time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

If severe weather or unsafe riding conditions require us to cancel your rental, you will have the option to reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a full refund.

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact Acadia Cycling Base Camp as soon as possible so we can assist you.
