What's Included:
All riders and operators will be provided with helmets that will be required to wear during operation of the machine. We will also supply you with a map of the trails in the area in addition to all machines have a 7" GPS screen on the dash powered by Polaris Ride Command.

In addition, your riding fuel is included at the beginning of your trip, you are responsible for refueling your machine prior to returning at the end of your trip.

What to bring:
Operators and passengers will be required to wear appropriate winter clothing which is not included, but we do have rental snow gear at an additional cost if you do not already have your own. We always recommend bringing snacks and drinks for your trip. You also may want to remember extra layers should the weather or temperature change. You may also want to make sure to bring cash with you should your trip be stopping a local lunch stop that may not accept cards. Above all else make sure to bring a camera and a sense of adventure!

What to know:
Please arrive 30 minutes early from your rental starting time. This will allow our team the proper amount of time to get you geared up and ready for your adventure.

Security Deposit:
Rental liability insurance is not included.
Snowmobile Operators will have 2 options to select from a mandatory Damage Waiver Program as follows:
FREE/day Standard Protection = $1000 security deposit for damages to the vehicle (including parts, labor, loss of use) All additional damage charges will be waived
$25/per day Premium protection = $500 security deposit for damages to the vehicle (including parts, labor, loss of use) All additional damage charges will be waived
It is recommended to use a credit card for your damage deposit and not a debit card. If there are damages associated with the operation of your rental, your credit card will be charged in full for all damages not to exceed your selected security deposit. Additionally any charges for retrieval & recovery are above and beyond the security deposit. Assuming there are no damages to your machine at the end of your rental, your chosen security deposit will be voided.
Please note: 201 PowerSports will authorize the security deposit at the time of the rental, reserving the security deposit to be applied towards any damages incurred during the rental period. This is non-negotiable. The full amount of the security deposit MUST be available in order to rent the machine. The security deposit is used to cover loss, damages, and expenses associated with the operation of your rental. The list below is an example of fees that you would be responsible for but not limited to, in the event that damage has occurred:
Parts and accessories
Labor for repair
Loss of rental income (if the unit is not able to be rented due to damage, loss or needed repairs)
Recovery fee for vehicle
any accessories included but not limited to GPS, cargo bags, mirrors, etc.

Operating Requirements:
MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 YEARS OLD
You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license to operate a machine. Your license must be presented on the day of your rental. No Exceptions If you are unable to present your driver's license the day of your rental, you will not be permitted to operate the vehicle and your rental fee will be forfeited.
If there is a minor passenger on the machine, the driver must be at least 25 years of age.

Passenger Requirements:
Passengers must be ages 8+ & able to grasp the and holds and firmly plant their feet on the floor with their back fully against the back seat rest.

Please note:
Renters must ride machines from our location and return back to the same location. It is not permitted for the customers to trailer the machines at any point in time.
