Food is one of the greatest ways to sample an area’s culture. In our Culinary Course, participants are able to get a feel for what Louisiana and TABASCO® Brand Pepper Sauce are all about. Our course instructors are knowledgeable about our area’s history, and are able to connect that history to the food as you sample 6 local tastings from the Acadiana Region.
